What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF files. If you have another format, contact us and we'll advise.
How long does printing take?
Most jobs are completed within 24–72 hours depending on complexity and finishing.
Do you ship?
We offer local pickup and delivery within 15 miles of Hastings for an extra charge. We do not offer national or international shipping.
What if the print fails?
We quality-check every print. If the issue is our fault, we'll reprint or refund per our policy.
